Dr. Manisha Jethwani
Dr. Manisha Jethwani, our Positive Buddy, is an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of dedicated experience in child and adolescent psychology. She has made significant contributions to the field as the former Deputy Director of Counseling and Career Guidance at the National Centre for Adolescents. Dr. Jethwani specializes in Child and Adolescent Counseling, Career and Guidance Counseling, and addressing a wide range of parental concerns. Her expertise lies in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support young individuals in navigating the challenges of growth and ensuring a smooth transition into adulthood

Manisha Soni
Manisha Soni, our Counseling Psychologist, holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. She has experience in psychological counseling, psychometric assessments, mental health program development, and evidence-based interventions across clinical, academic, corporate, and community settings.
She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and working professionals, supporting individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, and other psychological challenges. Alongside individual counseling, Manisha has designed and facilitated mental health workshops, psychoeducation programs, and well-being initiatives for schools, organizations, and communities.
Known for her compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach, Manisha believes that every individual possesses the capacity for growth and resilience. She strives to create a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where people feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges with confidence, emotional balance, and hope.
